Since the last news a lot of time has passed and a further 10 projects have been completed. We are currently on site with 11 new designs. The range of work we undertake continues to surprise us as we have recently made a Planning Application for a pair of gates and are in the process of negotiating the Planning and Listed Building permissions for over £1 million’s worth of building at a local Manor House.

Housing, both new build and extensions, continues to dominate our workload but this Christmas saw the end of an era with the retirement of Angi Pinder after 22 years with the Practice. She has looked after all the school work we have received from Worcestershire County Council, some 33 projects, and has recently handed over the last 4. The County Council now commissions school extensions on the basis of 5 year partnering agreements; something in which, unfortunately, we could not participate. We have received many commendations from Headteachers and Governors over the years and we have carried out 2 or 3 projects for the same school on occasions. Angi and her special work will be sadly missed.
