This project, near Stow-on-the-Wold, was for the conversion of a Listed Grade II barn into two residential units and a further seven new houses on the site of a relocated dairy farm. This scheme involved extensive negotiations with the Council's Planning and Conservation Departments and a theme was developed to reflect the local Cotswold agricultural vernacular. Modern elements have been incorporated in the barn utilizing the generous internal volumes. There was almost unanimous support from the Village residents for this scheme.
