This
new country house in Warwickshire comprises 7 bedrooms with over 7000sqft
on three floors.
The project includes a separate poolhouse, stables and barn. Planning
Permission was obtained on the basis of a replacement dwelling for the
existing farmhouse.
The Planners allowed a substantial increase in the size of the property
due to the enhanced quality of the new buildings and the traditional nature
of the designs and materials used.
The house is built in Cotswold stone with large
areas of ashlar work in the entrance loggia, windows and doors.
The joinery is mainly in English oak with stone floors and a spectacular
cantilevered stone staircase in the hall.
